GabCAE – School Group Consultancy Office aims to articulate and promote cooperative interactions between ISCE Douro and Schools and School Groups, providing consultancy services and support for the development of these entities.
GabCAE aims to:
Establish cooperation agreements and action protocols with Schools and School Groups, within the scope of organizational development.
Promote exchange and sharing between all ISCE Douro teachers who provide support actions for Schools and School Groups.
Provide support and consultancy services that respond to the needs of Schools and School Groups, in the organizational, curricular and didactic areas.
Articulate the various types of cooperation with ISCE Douro's continuous and advanced training.
Ensure the specific training necessary for cooperating teachers in Schools and School Groups, within the scope of the development of internships and supervised teaching practices for students in study cycles operating at ISCE Douro.
Promote the recruitment of internship sites for teacher training courses.
Organize responses to specific requests from Schools and School Groups.

Professor Ana Raquel Aguiar
Ana Raquel Aguiar has a PhD in Language Didactics and a degree in Modern Languages and Literature, Portuguese and French Studies (Educational Branch), from the Faculty of Arts of the University of Porto. Over the last few years, it has been linked to Teacher Training, namely in the Degree in Basic Education and Professional Masters (Pre-School Education, 1st and 2nd cycles of Basic Education).
Teacher training and language didactics, in general, as well as education for development and global citizenship, curricular articulation, critical and creative thinking, in particular, have been his main lines of research.
