Conference and Practice Cycle "Sport and Health for all"
On the 15th and 16th of June, the Cycle of Conferences and Practices "Sport and Health for all" took place at our Institute. The initiative organized by the Sports Department of our Institute brought to Penafiel renowned guests recognized at national and international level in the most varied areas of Sports and who, over the two days of the event, shared their experiences and practices in context with all participants. .
The training action accredited by the IPDJ included the participation of several students and professionals, with emphasis on the awarding of the title of Specialist Professor “Honoris Causa” to Prof. Doctor Tiago Barbosa, one of the keynote speakers, has stood out for his work in the field of Sports, with several national and international scientific and pedagogical recognitions in the field of sports biomechanics.
