| Change of Course
Candidates coming from a higher education course other than the one to which they are applying.
Application
Applications are formalized using a specific form to be provided by the institution and must be accompanied by the following documents:
- Photocopy of Identity Card or Citizen Card;
- Resume;
- Certificate of Achievement of the higher education course you hold, with the curricular units detailed and indication of the classifications obtained;
- Certificate of completion of a secondary education course or equivalent with a breakdown of the subjects and entrance tests carried out and their respective classifications.
- In the case of students from foreign higher education systems, the documents referred to must be endorsed by the competent education services or consular service and, if they are not written in Portuguese, Spanish, French or English, translated into Portuguese by a translator recognized by the diplomatic representation Portuguese;
- Certificate of physical and mental robustness;
Admission Criteria
- The selection of candidates is based on the quality of the student's academic, professional and scientific career, including an assessment of the quality of the school of origin, the academic results obtained and their relevance to the course to which the student is applying.
- The selection and ranking may include, where justified, an interview.
- The ranking is only valid for enrollment and registration in the academic year in which the application is requested.
Skills Accreditation
- ISCE Douro recognizes, through the attribution of credits using the European credit transfer and accumulation system (ECTS), previous training and professional experience, in accordance with Article 45 of Decree-Law 74/2006.
- For the purposes set out in the previous number, the student fills in the specific fields on the application form.
- The equivalences resulting from the accreditation process are decided as part of the assessment of the application request.
Disclosure of Results, Enrollment and Registration
After completing the process, applicants must register and register within the deadline established for this purpose.
Upon registration, candidates must pay the registration fee and the first installment of the annual tuition fee, simultaneously submitting the following documents:
- Enrollment form, in a specific form to be provided by the Institute;
- Photocopy of Identity Card or Citizen Card;
- A photography;
- Updated vaccination report.
| Course Transfer
Students who are or were enrolled in a higher education course at a higher education establishment (national or foreign) may request a course transfer.
Application
Applications are formalized using a specific form to be provided by the institution and must be accompanied by the following documents:
- Photocopy of Identity Card or Citizen Card;
- Resume;
- Certificate of Achievement of the higher education course you hold, with the curricular units detailed and indication of the classifications obtained;
- Certificate of completion of a secondary education course or equivalent with a breakdown of the subjects and entrance tests carried out and their respective classifications.
- Programmatic contents of the curricular units approved in the original course.
- In the case of students from foreign higher education systems, the documents referred to must be endorsed by the competent education services or consular service and, if they are not written in Portuguese, Spanish, French or English, translated into Portuguese by a translator recognized by the diplomatic representation Portuguese;
- Certificate of physical and mental robustness;

| Re-entry
Students who were enrolled and enrolled in a course at ISCE Douro (formerly known as ISCE Felgueiras) and who are in a situation where their studies have been interrupted may request re-entry to that course.
Application
The application for re-entry is formalized using a specific form to be provided by the institution.
Disclosure of Results, Enrollment and Registration
After completing the process, applicants must register and register within the deadline established for this purpose.
